Membership Policy
Member Access

This Agreement entitles the Member to access the Breath Shed Classes in alignment with their membership term, as long as the dues are paid in advance to the Breath Shed. All Classes must be booked prior to the sessions. If you are unable to make the session, cancelling your session is essential. Failure to attend your booked class without prior cancellation on more than 3 occasions, will illicit a penalty of a 2 class forfeit.

Membership Fees
The Member has opted for a weekly membership plan that includes 1, 2 or unlimited classes per week. Each membership also includes access to your online breathwork recordings that can be accessed at any time. The member agrees to pay the weekly allocated fee.
Terms
The Membership shall commence on the date of initial membership payment and shall continue on an ongoing basis until the membership is cancelled. This membership may be cancelled by either party. Minimum terms of the membership is 12 weeks. The Member attests that they are fully able to participate a breathwork classes of their choice without undue risk. Medical conditions such as (but exclusive to) cardiovascular disease, epilepsy must have medical clearance before attending the breathwork classes. Thus, by providing the aforementioned details, the Member hereby shows their desire to become a member of the The Breath Shed, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Membership Freeze Policy
Member may freeze their yearly membership for up to 6 weeks in one calendar year during which time you will not be charged the usual membership fees. A Freeze is effective only upon 14 days prior written notice to the The Breath Shed before the Freeze is to take effect. The freeze request must state both the freeze start date and resume date.
Termination
The Member may terminate this Agreement at any time after the initial 12 week period. Cancellation will be approved through written request. This Agreement may also be immediately terminated in the event there is a breach of the terms of this Agreement by either party. This Agreement shall also terminate upon the death of the Member, or because of significant physical or medical disability for a period in excess of four weeks.
Assumption of Risk and Potential Liability
The Member acknowledges and agrees that there are risks involved with Breathwork sessions, physical activity and cold water immersion. Such risks may include the risk of serious bodily injury or death. The member acknowledges and accepts responsibility to have and produce medical clearance for any major medical conditions, including (yet not exclusive) cardiovascular disease, epilepsy; pregnancy. By signing this agreement, the Member knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks of liability, loss, illness, death, or injury caused or arising out of any use of the Facilities or the participation in any activities by the Member.
Lost Goods
The Breath Shed takes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods. Lost and found goods not claimed after 14 days will be donated to charity.
Damages
The Member shall pay for any damages it incurs to the equipment or premises of the The Breath Shed, which results from the poor conduct of the Member or its guests.
Rules and Responsibilities
The Member shall abide by all the safety guidelines and regulations as set forth by the The Breath Shed while using the facilities or equipment. Consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or similar addictive substances, or intoxication are strictly prohibited at the Breath Shed. Members must respect each other in all circumstances. The Members shall wipe down all mats and equipment after each use.
Miscellaneous
Indemnification: The Member must indemnify the Breath Shed harmless of any and all claims, loss, injury, or damages without limitation, as the membership shall be serving as a liability release for the Member.
Binding: This Agreement shall be considered binding upon the Member and the Breath Shed when a member purchases a plan, package, program or books a session either online or offline.
