Satyaaaah! Delicious Satay Sauce.

Ok.... I'll admit it.... I was literally eating this sauce with a spoon out of the mixer.... It is THAT GOOD!!

Spending time in Bali, we ate alot of traditional dishes. One of those dishes was 'Gado Gado', which is a mixed salad with Tempeh, Tofu, Veggies and Satay Sauce. My son literally wanted to eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

I decided to give it a crack!

I had his sauce with left over roast chicken and stir-fried vegetables.

IT WAS AMAZING!

Super versatile, you could put on Chicken Skewers, Fish, Stir-fries.....Or eat it straight like I did....Lol.
